Vanadzor American Corner Hosts Halloween Party
2:30pm 31.10.2009
On October 31, 2009, fourteen high school and undergraduate students gathered at the American Corner in Vanadzor to celebrate the American holiday Halloween. The party began with a costume parade and all participants dressed in scary costumes. They played a variety of games with a Halloween theme. Pumpkin garlands and jack-o’-lanterns served as decorations. The American Corner also held a competition for the best Halloween cake and carved pumpkin. A jury chose the 3 best scary costumes and the winners were awarded book prizes. For more information about Halloween, visit http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Halloween.
